More dashboard & operations work

In short

  • What it is: internal dashboards and a web app for vehicle and workshop management. 2025–2026.
  • The problem: finding a reliable provider, understanding costs and booking a slot all cost time and effort.
  • The needs found: learning the services, requesting a quote, booking, and reviewing maintenance history.
  • The approach: connect drivers, providers and businesses in one experience instead of four disconnected steps.
  • The role: product designer, solo, on web and dashboard. The full study is under NDA.

The challenge

Vehicle maintenance can become a complex process: finding a reliable provider, understanding costs, and scheduling an appointment all require time and effort. The challenge was to bring these needs together in a clear, transparent, and easy-to-use digital experience.

How can we help users make informed decisions about their vehicle’s maintenance? We aimed to clearly communicate the available services, their benefits, and the service options, reducing uncertainty before booking.

The approach

We identified users’ main needs: learning about available services, requesting a quote, scheduling an appointment, and reviewing maintenance history. Based on these needs, we structured an experience that prioritizes clarity, accessibility, and trust.

We explored how to integrate maintenance, appointment management, and service tracking into a single experience. The concept aims to connect drivers, providers, and businesses through digital tools that simplify vehicle management.
