More product & SaaS work

In short

  • What it is: a restaurant point-of-sale and dashboard product, with a first approach to customer retention. 2026.
  • The problem: users could not tell what each plan included, or what their subscription actually covered.
  • The approach: lead with what actually drives the decision, pricing, plan comparison, features and benefits.
  • The outcome: a more transparent first interaction, meant to reduce doubt and strengthen retention.
  • The role: product designer, solo, on website.

The challenge

Help users quickly understand the full potential of Cloud App by discovering its features, plans, and possibilities, so they can identify the solution that best meets their needs.

Users often ask: What does each plan include? Which features come with each package? What does my subscription cover? The challenge was to eliminate these questions and present the information clearly, accessibly, and transparently, making it easier for users to make decisions.

The approach

We identified the elements that generate the most interest and help users make decisions: pricing, plan comparisons, features, and the benefits of each tool. Based on these needs, we structured the experience to make product discovery easier and clearly communicate the value of each option.

We designed a more transparent and accessible experience that helps users understand the product’s value and move forward with confidence. By reducing uncertainty around plans, subscriptions, and demos, we aimed to make the first interaction easier, strengthen retention, and turn product exploration into a more intuitive and approachable experience.
